Section R605.1 is titled 'Identification and grade' and covers requirements for wall construction. The requirement for particleboard to conform with a standard, to be identified with a grade mark or certificate of inspection by an approved agency, and to comply with grades from a table in this code is established. The purpose of this section is to prevent structural failure.
