Section R603.2.6.1 is titled 'Web holes' and covers the requirements for the allowance of holes within the webbing of cold formed steel wall framing members, including a cross-reference to a figure in the code. Hole location, size, and spacing, as well as allowed remedies when holes are not in conformance with this section is established. The purpose of this section is to prevent structural failure.
