R603.2.3

Section R603.2.3 is titled 'Dimension, thickness and material grade' and covers requirements for wall construction. The requirement for load-bearing cold-formed steel wall framing to be of dimensions, thicknesses, and grades in accordance with figures and a table in this code, as well as details in this section is established. The purpose of this section is to prevent structural failure.
