N1101.4

Section N1101.4 is titled 'Above code programs' and covers requirements for energy efficiency. The ability for the Building Official to allow for other government agency energy programs to be used in lieu of this code, provided the elements identified as 'mandatory' in this code are done is established. The purpose of this section is to allow for alternative energy efficiency models.
