Chapter 33 Overview

Chapter 33 is titled 'Safeguards During Construction' and covers general requirements for health and safety measures while a building is being built. The purpose of this chapter is to protect construction workers, pedestrians, and adjacent properties (both public and private) as well as to provide basic controls for the subject property during demolition and construction.

The model shows a portable toilet which is required by this chapter (via a cross reference to the International Plumbing Code, which then cross references the PSAI/ANSI Z4.3 standard).
